We collect contact and job details you provide — such as name, mobile phone number, email, company, vehicle information, and service location — so we can dispatch service, confirm appointments, send status updates, and respond to inquiries. If you request a download (for example our free Road Service card PDF), we may also collect the email needed to deliver that file.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide requested services, communicate about your job, send transactional SMS related to appointments and service status, deliver requested downloads, and improve our operations. Message frequency varies based on your service activity (typically a few messages per job). Message and data rates may apply.

SMS / text messaging

When you provide your mobile number while booking or speaking with our team (including our AI receptionist), you may consent to receive transactional text messages from A&T Mobile Truck and Trailer Repairabout your appointment, technician ETA, job status, and related service notices. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing services. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. You can also email dispatch@truckmobilerepair.com or call (800) 434-1205. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Texts are sent only by A&T Mobile Truck and Trailer Repair for our own customer service communications. We may use service providers (for example telephony and messaging platforms) solely to deliver messages on our behalf; those providers are not authorized to use your number or consent for their own marketing.

Website analytics and advertising
